The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the pickup process was extremely streamlined, which felt a bit unusual—hand over the driver's license and passport, verify the order, receive the parking spot number, find the spot, and the black Suburban was already waiting for me. Start the engine and off we go.

Excellent service

I have to wait for more than 15 minutes to get the car, but it seems to be a normal waiting time since Las Vegas is very popular. Except the above, AVIS didn’t provide some extraordinary service.

I’m happy to have an opportunity to book with QEEQ. The platform is easy to use and intuitive. The prices and extras are very good.

Waited a long time to be served at collection and then the oil light was on the car! Had to swap the car for another one and it was still very dirty and had a lot of marks and dinks on. This was a convertible, premium car! Drop off signs would be helpful (at Aria, Las Vegas) as took a while to find the office to drop off keys. We were told needed to refuel nearby and take receipt but guy said not necessary. Not a great experience.
