The Hertz front desk staff was very nice. Noticing that my English was limited, they intentionally spoke slower, articulating each word clearly, which was very considerate. During the paperwork process, there were offers to upgrade the vehicle and purchase insurance, but after declining, the service remained warm and enthusiastic. I rented a Corolla but was given a Nissan Sentra instead. The car was good, the seats were very comfortable, though the power was a bit lacking.

The car was in excellent condition and performed well.

Winter tyres were extra , putting my rental cost up they tried to upsell a bigger car when I asked for winter tyres , but eventually found one in my class

Did not see the price drop indicator work also the app did not work with very little support when I contacted the Helpsesk for QEEQ about it
