Overall the service was good, the car was in great condition, and the whole process was quick and convenient. The only downside was the relatively high deposit of $1,400 and the slow refund time.

I chose an international chain with a counter right outside the airport. The staff guided us to a shuttle that took us directly to the nearby rental office. We queued up using a computer system. Although I booked a Toyota, they gave me a Dodge. They accepted domestic credit cards. It was a bit crowded so the wait was long, but everything went smoothly in the end.

Was not clear that insurance MUST be purchased regardless of if you have other coverage. They charged $100 a day for insurance when every other place was less than half of that.
