The rental car service was right outside after arriving, but it doesn't open until 7 AM, so don't come too early. The service attitude was excellent, and they fully understood our need for large luggage space, directly offering us the Tayron with the largest luggage capacity.

Extremely satisfied. Since there was no BMW X1 available at the time, they provided a brand-new Volkswagen TAYRON 7-seater SUV with 0 kilometers. It was an excellent new car with advanced smart technology, robust safety features, great handling, and quick acceleration. Drove it across several countries.

Very good. The car was in great condition, and the service was professional. They confirmed I had already purchased full insurance and didn't push any additional unnecessary options. Although the vehicle's model was changed, it was neither an upgrade nor a downgrade, but coincidentally it was the same model I usually drive. Returning the car was on a Sunday (outside business hours). Since I chose to return the car in a small town (Wiesbaden, one-way rental), the store provided a self-service return option. It was an excellent experience.

The car provided locally was very new, and there were no additional fees. Overall, very satisfied.

Was not informed that adding an extra driver and picking up the car at the airport would incur additional fees. I thought these services were free, but only realized the extra charges when I saw the invoice. Very dissatisfied!
