Broker to rental experience is disjointed and feels engineered to take your money for insurancecover

I got there 40 minutes before the scheduled time for pick up of the car, and i went straight to the counter because there was no line. They told me it was too soon, to come back 10mins before. So I went to a walk, and i got there like they said, 10min before... and then, I had to wait almost 1h because it were ther a line already and i had 5 persons ahead... so i think they should have taken care of my rental when I got there, even if I could only got the car at the scheduled time, at least the contract and the payment was already made.

The GoldCar Malpensa Italy attendant was very wise in a bad way.

Rude and discourteous staff. Coerced me into buying extra insurance I did not need. Lied openely about not beng able to use my debit card. Giluia who was at Pisa terminal for Goldcar was the worst person I have ever experienced whilst renting a car. I rent weekly for work and to date this has been my worst experience ever. I have made a formal complaint and wish my 370 euros to be refunded.

They sold an insurance that was not neccesary, a complete scam, they did not answer the phone, impossible to contact them, they didn´t allow to change the time of drop off, TERRIBLE COMPANY, THE WORST EXPERIENCE I´VE EVER HAD WITH A CAR COMPANY.

The car was presenting the maintenance service schedule delayed. It was showing that, at control pannel from vehicule, all the time during the trip..
