I have never had a problem with Easyrentcars, they've always had excellent service.

Car was great. Service was fast but people that works there should smile more. Greet customers.

It was a good platform. But the price drop didn't work on me.

Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

It wasn’t expressed prior to pickup that my personal car insurance wouldn’t cover the rental car if the personal car was older then 2016. And that in Florida it is required to purchase speedy pass for tolls, even though I had a personal one. Which caused the car to be more then expected.

I paid $107. On line. When I got to the container office the man told me $98.00 more for add on. I have aaa car insurance in nj and brought proof,not excepted. I wanted to pay for tolls cash,no. I had to accept the sun pass of the office 12.99 Per day. Horrible. I will contact better bureau of business with a complaint
