Affordable, just what I needed

We thought we had a great deal, price wise, for the 4 days we rented the vehicle. But upon pick-up of vehicle (going through/signing of the paperwork), we were unpleasantly surprised that we had (forced) to obtain their liability insurance although we told them that we had our own. That cost in itself costed us more (almost double) than the entire 4-day rental price. :(

everything as planned

Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

If the rating scale was 10 being great down to 0 being the worst then I would give an extremely large negative number to rate this company because it is the most awful and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. In addition to this being a truly terrible experience I now have a fraudulent charge from here that my credit card company is disputing and taking care of. After that is resolved I am seeking further legal action against this company. I will make sure everyone I know and even people I don't know never ever use this company.

The most unprofessional, unfriendly, duplicitous SCAM artists EVER. The ENTIRE organization is shady, sketchy and dishonest.
