Make sure to bring a physical card; Apple Pay doesn't work, and neither does a US credit card linked to Apple Pay. Otherwise, you won't be able to rent a car. The name on the credit card must match the name on your driver's license. I rented a gas car, but was given an electric car with only half a charge. Charging took 40 minutes to add 30 kilometers. If you return the car after 8 PM, there's a $20 fee. Otherwise, you need to park it yourself and return it the next day.

Excellent service

We initially went to the wrong place and ended up inside a building (QEEQ's instructions were to find staff directly outside to pick up the car). During registration, the staff inside first told us they didn't have the model we booked and asked us to pay extra for an upgrade, then tried to sell us various insurance policies.
