Originally we ordered Dodge Van but Alamo Counter staff suggest for bigger car, then we choosed Toyota Sienna which is fulfilled our needs. But during the usage, car required maintenance message appear.

The staff were very patient and offered a huge range of cars at the time of pickup. I was able to wait an extra 10 minutes for a larger vehicle and had absolutely no issues.

As a first time user, I was skeptical - but the process was seamless, and I got a rate that was half the price compared to going directly to the rental company. The added insurance was required as we unfortunately had some damage to the car during our rental.
