Called upon arrival and the pickup car arrived within ten minutes. The processing and car collection were quick.

I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who did not pressure me re insurance. Their site was close to Bergamo Railway Station and away from the airport. We were collected from the airport and taken to their office - and as we were travelling by train they dropped us at the station at the end of our trip. I would recommend this company and would use them again.
