Car different to that booked however alternative was great no problems with qeeq or supplier apex

Could make it clearer that price drop whilst good is lost when you take up membership of qeeq

There was a delay of around 30 minutes for the vehicle. It had some marks on it which were duly noted by staff. Due to the delay, Apex Car Rentals, offered and provided us an extra 1.5 hours return time and refunded 20% of the rental cost. The staff member looking after us was excellent.

Didn't use

After the long flight the staff made me feel welcomed and as some one who is very shy i felt at ease with them. Tea and coffee offered on arrival. Pick up was prompt and within 20 mins of my phone call. Car was clean and staff were in no rush showing me around the car answering any questions i had.

Quick and easy what else can you ask for

Good service and good car but car back seater handle was not good, two or three more plastic cases came out while i use it
