Both T1 and T2 can be used for picking up and returning cars. For returns at T1, it's at the parking lot P7 directly across the street—make sure to watch for the signs as they're quite small and easy to miss. For pickups at T2, you need to take a shuttle bus to a parking lot. Just wait at the exit near the rental counter for the bus to arrive.

The car exchange location doesn't match the GPS coordinates, making it hard to find. You need to search for the Regis Hotel.

It's located right inside the airport, very convenient.

Was given a new Hyundai I30 instead of toyota corolla altis but car condition is good and fuel efficient. Would be better if Avis can explain more on the new car features rather than to ask the client to pick up the car on his own at the carpark.
