Avis was very professional, I've rented from them before and expect no less.

The platform was easy to use. The warning e-mails of steps to take were unnecessary for hiring in the U.S. though it may have applied for rentals elsewhere. With Avis, all I needed was my booking confirmation reference and confirmation that I took out additional insurance.

Large company, no mandatory charges, easy pick-up and drop-off procedures.

Like: Vehicle was great on mileage and comfortable.
Dislike: Avis cars are always dirty inside/out. Poor presentation for premium prices.
