Car exceeded its expectations as we weee given a larger vehicle.

Price was what attracted us and booking process was easy.

Overall responsible, but strictly business and not going the extra mile.

Was so much disappointed budget did not offer the car I rented, neither similar. Was much smaller size not enough for the baggage. Waiting time was so long . Staff was not very helpful

Booking process was so easy Excellent

The wait at the Budget line at JFK was HORRENDOUSLY long. I arrived only ti find the longest queue was for Budget. I stood in line from 10.30am until 12.30 noon before i was able to get to the counter. The lady who served me mumbled away for most of the time and would walk away from the counter from time to time. It was a shoddy experience. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS.
