The counter staff Alison was very helpful and as all of us were really tired and needed to get our rooms at the earliest, she made the whole process really smooth. The car was great with enough room to take all our luggage. CRITICISM: Can you please specify which fuel the car needs on the keychain. I had to call your US customer service from my UK phone to find out if it was petrol or diesel.

When we picked up the car on the 14th of August from Los Angeles Airport, the counter staff member called Bruce was absolutely terrible. It was probably one of the poorest customer services I have experienced in my life. He was rude, bullying and even tried to sell us extra insurance even though we had bought the full insurance package covering everything there is. He was mocking us and had an attitude as if he was supreme. I don't understand how can you have a person like that on the job. Never using Budget again for renting a car, if that is what the company wants to represent. I would appreciate if you would forward this feedback to his manager.
