The waiting time was quite long. A salesperson directly added comprehensive insurance without informing me, which would have cost me a few hundred dollars extra. After I noticed it, they tried to argue, but eventually canceled it. Just be more careful when checking. Other than that, it was satisfactory.

Like: I received my car through Thrifty. Great experience no problems went smooth. They already had my reservation on file when I arrived and car ready.
Dislike: I had no dislikes.

Like: I liked that i had a selection to choose from then the car was almost new and it had navigation sunroof, great gas mileage, and i did not have to fill it up when i came back. I got to enjoy driving not worrying about filling the gas tank.
Dislike: I wish the price would have been lower because i would have been able to rent the car longer and take advantage of the insurance bump up they offered to me.
