When it's busy, the staff works quickly, but if you have questions they're unsure about, they often recommend sending an email instead, as they cannot provide answers on site.

The €500 deposit was not refunded; the rental company is deceptive! We had already informed them verbally about cross-border travel when signing the contract, and it was noted in the order. However, when returning the car, they claimed there was no record of cross-border travel and refused to refund the deposit.
