The service staff of the car rental company are excellent. Their service is very enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and they always have a smile on their face. Even for someone like me who doesn't know a single letter of the alphabet, I successfully rented and returned the car under their very patient guidance. It was a perfect experience.

The staff at the store was very friendly. Since they had to take other customers to pick up their cars, we waited for a while. Usually, you pick up the car yourself.
