Extremely satisfied, overall rating 9.5. Firstly, the car was automatically upgraded to a KIA, the car was very new with less than 8000 KM on it. The trunk was very spacious and could fit three 24-inch large suitcases. The car came with adaptive lane keeping assist, which was fantastic. It was my first time driving a right-hand drive vehicle, and I was initially very worried that I wouldn't manage. However, with the assistive driving feature, I got used to it in about 20 minutes. On the first day, fearing I might struggle with the right-hand drive, I chose to drive to the suburbs for half a day and covered 260 kilometers. The acclimatization process was very smooth throughout.

The staff at the company had a very good attitude, and the car pickup process was simple.

No matter how careful you are, there's always some kind of fees to be charged and they never tell you this, e.g. premium location charge, which was never mentioned to me neither when I booked the vehicle nor when I met the counter staff to collect the car.
