The staff were quite friendly. Most importantly, they were trustworthy and reliable, which made me feel at ease.

The original car I reserved wasn't available at the location, so the staff replaced it with a Nissan SUV, which met my needs.

I booked a car for 11 o'clock, but when I arrived, they said there were no cars available. The car I booked wasn't returned on time, so they had to reschedule. Fortunately, I got the car by 1 PM. There were no aggressive sales pitches as rumored. The return process was very simple and quick, everything was done within five minutes. Overall, it was a good experience.

I was truly disappointed that at time of drop off Thrifty refused to provide a local ride to my work (less than 3 km), even though it is indicated they provide pickup and drop off rides to their customers at their website. The staff simply indicated that they are busy and cannot provide rides at time of drop off! I had to hire a taxi for $15.. Also, instead of a pre authorization for a deposit, Thrifty had already charged me $350 for a deposit which I have not yet received back post 4 day.

Receiving my deposit within 1-2 months is totally not acceptable!
