Had a nice car rental experience, highly recommend!

The service is okay, but sometimes there are no cars available when picking up, even after making a reservation online. The store often doesn't want to take responsibility for the renter's losses caused by the breach, and claiming compensation is quite troublesome.

The store is quite small, but the customer service representative was nice. Initially, it was promised that the car would be provided with a full tank of fuel, but it turned out to be only 1/3 tank that we had to buy. Also, the Audi A4 model was replaced with a Nissan Qashqai.

Location was 2 min from gate...Christina was very helpfull and cheerful...Car was new and clean.
