I will be doing it again when I need a hire car.

Car was a bit beaten up so I recorded the condition of it but there was no problem on drop off or after.

Price drop protector saved me money on this booking which was a pleasant surprise.

Robbed on hidden charges and surprise charges. Over €200 for 2 days hire.. never again

All great. I spelled my name incorrectly though and it is Bluett and not Blitt or whatever I used. Great staff and whenever I use thrifty, I only need it for very short journey. Will use again. Thanks

Women very rude at the desk - we had paid what we thought was for the car through easy car however it wasn’t so ended up paying a further £200 at the desk when we got there which was a big chunk of our spending money !

Like: Incredible price for three days, guy at airport service desk was laid back, very pleasant and there was no pressure, VW Polo was nearly new, in good condition and great little car
Dislike: When I returned the car, I couldn't find anyone to check it in so I went to reception. The guy asked if everything was ok and took the keys; trusting I had not damaged the car. I realised afterwards that they were still able to take money from my credit card so I checked my card for a few days afterwards. Everything was fine but it would have been even better if I'd had it confirmed earlier. Not a problem but that's the only thing I can think of where the experience could have been even better. I will hire a car again through Easy Rent / Thrifty when I'm in Ireland and next time I will be familiar with the procedure. Thank you
