Smooth ride

The pickup location was easy to find, and the car provided was a Ford, which was great to drive. The only drawback was that the car would automatically lock with the key inside, leaving us to experience roadside assistance in an area with no signal. We were quite worried at the time, but thankfully Avis staff resolved it quickly without causing too much delay to our trip.

We had a large group with lots of luggage, so they upgraded our vehicle for free from a Ford Escape to a Chrysler minivan. Very convenient!

Both picking up and returning the car were convenient. There were no hidden fees, but the car had a minor issue: the rear right door couldn't be opened from the inside.

The service was excellent. Due to some unforeseen issues, I couldn't pick up the car on the scheduled day, but the rental company resolved the issue well and extended the contract!

The staff were patient and meticulous, especially when returning the car, which was very efficient and convenient.
