Very satisfied. The car was in excellent condition, a Jeep SUV model. We drove from Santiago on a one-day road trip to the end of the world. Started at 8 AM and returned around 3 PM to drop off the car. The location was right next to the train and bus stations, so we could directly take the bus to Porto afterward.

“Awful service”

Centauro in Barcelona is not able to handle properly all bookings in effective manner. Pick-up times are more than 2 hours although it is known at what time clients should arrive. At the Drop-Off it was not possible to close the contract as there was a mistake in the system (manager inserted in the system that more kilometers were used than agreed). The car was unfortunately robbed and glasswindow broken. Centauro have not provided any explanation about the price of the new window that seemed to be at least twice higher than market price. Insurance details were not explained at the pick-up.

“Hassle not worth the savings”

Long waits for checkin. Chaotic checkin and checkout procedures. Charged more than my agreement stated (multiple extra deposits). Long ride to-from airport, and shuttle service limited. Overall, the hassle was not worth the savings.
