While I didn't have any problems with my rental, there is a definite fly-by-night feeling to the whole experience. Their premises is an unrenovated former Chinese restaurant. I did not get the vehicle that I expected, and I did not see the variety of models that they claimed to offer in their lot. I will NEVER use your service or the rental company Routes again. The staff at Routes were rude (put me on hold and hung up twice while i requested pick up), would not honor my agreement stating the changes were due to ICBCs recent insurance chands and the only solution they wanted to provide was to send me to their competitor.

Car was nice, they only started to clean it when we arrived so had to wait.
