The staff were super friendly and incredibly patient. Both pick-up and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free. The car was very new with great features, basically everything you could need. The Camry really is a solid car.

The overal process to book, pick up and return the car is smooth. However, it is necessary to call the ACE office to arrange shuttle for picking and unfortunately I called over 10 times for almost an hour before someone can pickup the call.

“Great online experience but poor service staff at pickup/drop off”

Service staff on pickup was rude & the 2nd person who attended to us was better. However upon return, service staff was difficult and insist we go top up petrol which was only a few dollars and we exceeded the fuel needle! We bought all insurance cover to zero excess so we feel that there has to be service improvement. Will not rent from Ace again.
