The staff was a bit careless; you need to carefully review the terms yourself. Everything else was fine, but the rental fee for automatic cars is quite high, much more expensive than in the US. Is this the norm in the UK?

Our rental was from Cardiff Airport - unfortunately not the largest airport, therefore a little understaffed. Through no fault of the staff member, he was on his own to process Pick-Up's, Returns, Cleaning and all other related duties at a car hire counter. In my opinion Europcar should have a minimum of 2 members of staff on duty at all times. As always, the vehicles available are excellent, the rental process simple and effortless - will always use Europcar if price allows it

As always, a simple and easy way to save money on car rentals. Only one slight moan - I'm requested to 'upload' rental agreement//Invoice after rental has been completed to gain QEEQ Points, This should not be necessary and be done away with, points added automatically. A small moan on an otherwise excellent website service

Charged an insurance fee I was not expecting. Advertising price was not honest. Im on a low income and the extra money I’ve had to fork out unknowingly will now affect me all month. Money I would’ve spent on my families food shop for the month is now completely gone!

Like: Pleasantly surprised by how helpful the Europcar office staff were with limited upsell.
Dislike: I got slightly confused at Heathrow T2 over which bus stop to use for the shuttle - some better signage that can be seen at a distance would help.
