The car pickup location and the store in Milan are in two different places, quite far apart! Carrying luggage and walking was exhausting; it took at least half an hour.

Purchased full insurance offline, handed over the car keys and left. Very hassle-free.

We originally booked pickup and drop-off at 10 AM, but we arrived earlier after clearing customs and went to the rental store. After communicating with the staff, they allowed us to pick up the car at 9 AM and return it at 9 AM. Although we reserved a Peugeot 3008, they gave us a SEAT instead. The car had enough space—it fit a 30-inch suitcase, two 20-inch suitcases, three carry-on bags, and a large carton, which was quite impressive. Last year, we rented a 3008 and were given a 308. My husband, who was the driver, said the SEAT felt less powerful compared to the 308. The car was quite new, with only around 8,000 kilometers on it. It was a gasoline vehicle and consumed more fuel, but everything else was fine. We purchased full insurance separately, which cost 535 euros for 10 days. It was expensive, but it gave us peace of mind.

The service was excellent and the staff were very responsible.

The man on the counter in the car park was extremely rude and was driving dangerously around the car park! He didnt talk to us, just handed a key and didnt even show us where the car was. He looked confrontational. The man in the counter where I got my keys in the airport was lovely though.
