Most cars have too many scratches and dents. I was attending a wedding and was embarrassed to offer anyone a ride. First Altima was in bad shape. They offered a Sentra which was better but had little gas in it. The ladies before me drove off in a car that had a smashed bumper. Be honest in advertising. Say save money with scratch and dented cars.

I was disappointed they had to charge my credit card 1800$ They also posted on my credit card the 500 holding charge. It should be held and not charged. I paid 40$ extra for exchange rates on my credit card which I did not expect to pay over and above the total of the invoice

“Charged me for a sunpass customer service rep insisted we would need but never did.”

Terrible experience. Charged for a sunpass I didn't need (customer service rep insisted I would). Shuttle pick up service for airport was a 40 minute wait. Charged for collision damage I said I didn't need.
