Tight lot which can jam up, but otherwise everything was good

Car was in great shape. No problems. There is an $1800 US deposit for anyone not living in the USA which I think is unheard of. Got stuck getting out of the lot for about 10 minutes during pickup, but that’s mostly just the fault of the customer in front of me refusing to get out of the driveway and there’s no room to get around. Shuttle was easy both ways and fast. Overall great experience.

I was disappointed they had to charge my credit card 1800$ They also posted on my credit card the 500 holding charge. It should be held and not charged. I paid 40$ extra for exchange rates on my credit card which I did not expect to pay over and above the total of the invoice

Terrible experience. Charged for a sunpass I didn't need (customer service rep insisted I would). Shuttle pick up service for airport was a 40 minute wait. Charged for collision damage I said I didn't need.

Shuttle driver told us they were out of cars, and a long line already waiting. Would be at least 1.5 hours before anything would be available. We had 2 small kids in need of a nap, and a short vacation where we didn't to lose an entire day waiting at the airport, so booked with another company and never got a car from them. Lesson learned - if it's too good of a deal, it probably is.
