Clean car, exceed expectations

The pickup location was understaffed, and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to bring the car over.

We had to wait ages to pick up the car. I was only 3rd in the queue but waited over an hour - it seems the Thrifty staff spent ages trying to upsell each customer, hence the wait. By the time I was seen, the queue was around 20 people long and growing. By contrast, the drop off procedure was swift and efficient and the car itself was as ordered and expected

It was ok the car Nissan ran a little rough but ok said tires were low put air in the last day still said low ??

Good service. Don't like their "early return" charge policy.
