easy online booking not happy with AVIS

we had to wait for the car and did not get what we booked. the car was smaller and hard to put or luggage in the car was dirty inside and out windscreen was extremely dirty. no one new how to setup the GPS or change setting to english I could not recommend this dealer, I have rented many cars over the years and this would by fare be the worst state i have ever picked up a car If they had have had another car I would have taken it

The staff was nice, but the waiting time was just too long. We had to wait for a very long time. In Germany, it’s mostly self-service. They give you a key once everything is done, and then you walk to the parking lot to get the car. The Munich parking lot was the multi-story type, and after coming down, we lost the GPS signal in the congested streets. No... signal... at all, so we drove randomly for a while before the navigation started working. But the car was very clean. We returned it at Frankfurt airport; you just hand over the car, and it's done. Super convenient. Renting a car in Germany is awesome.
