Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Should have been told in the email that outlined process that there would be a van, that it was offsite. No one we asked at the O’Hare car rental area recognized the co from email. Lost a lot of time trying to figure it out.

Two things, it would have been helpful to know the shuttle to "routes" from the O'hare shuttle terminal said routes. we missed one since it said routes and not easy rents cars. Secondly tell folks to make sure to bring their car insurance info. the turn in sucked, you just want to be done and get to your plane, and we had to wait in line again.. for awhile.
