Dislike: the radio was all static, return person told me there is no radio unless you pay for sirius. do think you should be able to get something on a basic station

The rental company provides excellent service with a dedicated shuttle bus running between the airport and the rental location, which is very convenient. The Mustang I received was a bit old, but it's acceptable. Overall, still good.

All was smooth. I was asked if I wanted an upgrade but I was quoted an upgrade price that was more than my actual booking so I declined. I was signed up for a full to empty fuel package without asking for it. I believe I should have been full to full. This spoilt my overall experience of Alamo.
