NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN

We thought we had a great deal, price wise, for the 4 days we rented the vehicle. But upon pick-up of vehicle (going through/signing of the paperwork), we were unpleasantly surprised that we had (forced) to obtain their liability insurance although we told them that we had our own. That cost in itself costed us more (almost double) than the entire 4-day rental price. :(

**STAY AWAY** They will force you to purchase their own insurance stating your personal insurance doesn’t have the required coverage (they require $300,000 coverage for property damage)!! Luis’ attitude is HORRIBLE!

Beware that it's in a back of a park and ride in a metal shipping container. Thank god I wasn't alone since I flew in at night and had to pick up the rental at about 930 pm. The staff is not the friendliest by any means but it was cheap. they charge a 1000 dollar deposit which I thought was very very high. The overall experience was ok not sure i would use them again

WE DID NOT GET A CAR. WE HAD TO RENT FROM THE COMPANY ACROSS THE STREET. THE PERSON BEFORE US NOR THE PERSON BEHIND US IN LINE WERE ABLE TO RENT CARS EITHER. THE STAFF PERSON STATED HE COULDN'T FIND OUR CONFIRMATIONS. MYSELF AND THE PERSON BEHIND ME HAD A PRINTED COPY IN HAND. THE STAFF KEPT REPEATING "SORRY I CAN'T FIND YOUR CONFIRMATION" AND CALLED THE SHUTTLE TO PICK US UP. HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. WE CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE CONFIRMATION AND THEY HUNG UP ON US AND THEN WOULD NOT ANSWER. IT SEEMED LIKE A SCAM. VERY SHADY PLACE. RENTED CARS OUT OF A STORAGE CONTANINER. MADE YOU BUY INSURANCE FROM THEM IF YOUR AUTO WAS NOT NEWER THAN 2016. OURS IS A 2015.

This car company is a scam. They run in a small shed which is almost 20 miles away from airport. After getting in there, they will say that your own car is should be more than 2017 model , otherwise you need buy CDW insurance which 25$ per day. If you say then they will say you can go back to aiport and book a new vechile , and the airport is almost 1 hr away. There are no restrooms and the service is bad. I never saw in my life which a proper document on Collision damage, they charge you money. If you see anything with the name One Switch please cancel the reserveration immediately.. I have videos of the store how dirty it is , i will upload.
