There was no information online about the daily insurance charge

We opted for full insurance at the location. The staff communicated in a mix of Italian and English, which was a bit confusing to understand, but overall, the service was decent and went smoothly.

Very satisfied

The car was of good quality, however a warning light continuously sounded as an oil change/top up was due. The car was not clean upon pick up. Europcar pick up service was a disaster. We had to queue for over two hours just to pick up the car, with no explanation or offer of compensation. There was not an unsurprisingly large amount of people in the queue - rather there were only two members of staff (there were 8 desk areas) who were very slow. This was completely unacceptable and I will not book with Europcar in the future.

No problems with the booking platform

Car did exceed expectations but wait to be served was very long. However, counter staff were very pleasant and helpful. Vehicle cleanliness marked low as exterior was very dirty - request for widescreen and windows to be cleaned was dealt with very quickly. it was a new car so very clean inside.

Very smooth and efficient booking process - and a very competitive price.

It was extremely difficult trying to find the drop off at Alghero airport, this should be signed better.
