Picking up the car from Los Angeles airport is very convenient. The Alamo shuttle bus driver was very helpful, and the staff at the self-service car pickup area were also very nice.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

Renting the car was quick. There were quite a few people, but the process was short. After a few brief questions, we could pick up the car. The parking lot was huge, with various types of cars. Since I had a reservation, I went straight to my car and drove off. It was a yellow Camaro, a soft-top convertible. The interior had a pleasant scent and was very clean, almost like a new car.
