Long wait at the counter, no car check-in at pick up

The first car they gave me was not cleaned both inside and out and had a loud humming noise in the back rear tire. I went back to Fox the next day to get a different car which was cleaned. I wan not given a credit for the first day. I also returned the car a day earlier and they did not give me a credit for an early return but charged me $20.

We had to wait 40 minutes before someone picked us up at airport. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes.

The car was okay. What I didn’t like was that they tried to sell me a toll package that I didn’t need. They said I would based on where I was traveling but I never crossed one toll. That is flat out lying in order to sell more and I don’t appreciate that sort of practice at all!

Easy to book but did have difficulty understanding the agent. Able to get me the price I wanted at last minute.

Did not get the vehicle that I wanted. Took a long time waiting and finishing process at the counter.

Worst customer service ever Tried to extend twice(the night of being late and the next morning) Dropped of the car and it was an extra $200!!! Tried to use my debit card for the extension and they wouldn’t do it while I was the location in denver like customer serevixe said I could. On top of all that, I picked up the car and drove into bad snow weather and had to purchase windshield fluid and pull over every 5 miles to clear my windows so I could see!
