Good except for drop off and shuttle to airport was horrible

Everything was good but the drop off location ended up different than pick up (maybe our fault as we were slightly late), but then the shuttle wait to airport was 20 minutes. When it arrived it was only going to Terminal 4 (not ours) and we had to Uber to the airport yo barely make our flight. This was not explained as a potential issue

The car rental company is outside the airport, and you need to take a bus to get to the rental point. It took some time to adapt right after landing and the wait for the bus was quite long. However, once at the rental point, everything was convenient with no need to queue. The staff were also very nice.

Like: Car was in good condition and I picked it up late and was able to return it just as late which was nice. Pick up and drop off from the airport was easy too...
Dislike: They couldn’t fine the car I had booked and didn’t have any gps’ left to give me...
