I reserved and paid for a premium vehicle. None were available, so I was given a standard size. No compensation. Counter agent very unfriendly. Vehicle turned out quite well. But, unfriendliness of employee will prevent me from coming back

If your flight is delayed abroad, their customer support will help you communicate with the rental company, which is very considerate. They also call to check if the car rental went smoothly. This store is in downtown New Orleans. We went on a holiday, but it was still open, and we only queued for a short while. The staff asked if I wanted full insurance, and I hesitated because I thought I already had it. The staff quickly realized and said, 'Oh, you already have it. Sorry.'

the car gearbox was very noisy going through autogear change made driving a poor experience,please inform them as not really serviced properly or inspected .
