Friendly and attentive service, recommended buying additional insurance. Overall, very good; picking up and returning the car was convenient and fast.

The car smelled of dog and the rear seats were badly stained. There was also a warning light on as the DRL weren't working. The woman at pick up claimed the car was not insured at all even though it clearly stated it was on the documents she printed out. The staff clearly treated customers who booked through the Hertz brand better than those who booked through Dollar.

The whole experience was wholesome. I left my jacket and tie inside the car during drop-off but it was my fault.

Was happy with the service and car hired - used dollar before and was not happy but this time was a good experience
