It was my first time ever renting a car and knew how expensive it was going to be for me considering I am under 25 years of age. Thank you everyone at Advantage for really helping me out. There are hidden and extra charges that I wasn’t aware of while booking through easy rent cars. Advantage’s charges were much more when I got to the office. I will never rent a car through them again. They are sharks!!!

Car was average when we finally got it after 3 hrs. in line. Staff did nothing to speed things up, at times making jokes about the wait.

They have try to charge me the location but it was already pay. It took me about 30 minutes to explained that to them. They also try to give me a caravan instead of a SUV. They make me pay 34$ for full tank of full but it cost a maximum of 27$.

Dislike: Returning car took longer than I would’ve liked. Only 1 person checking in cars, might be faster with another person there.
