Great rental, good service, some extra costs.

When on time and in line for our prepaid rental NU said they have no more vehicles. We waited approximately 2 hours and got the last vehicle of the day as this location closed at 4pm. We took the smaller class of SUV that was available. The vendor would not allow us to take vehicle without a $15 per day 3rd party liability fee as we were "international" from Canada. The staff were friendly and firm dealing with the vehicle shortage; approximately 10+ more customers with reservations were turned away.

Price drop worked and I have enjoyed approximately 20 or more bookings through Qeeq. Love earning points.

I had a really bad experience with them. First of all, they did not accept my personal insurance because I’m from Canada. It’s the very first time this ever happened to me. Also, a few days after the drop off, my credit card got charged an extra $93. I have absolutely no idea why, I’ve been trying to contact them, I left at least a dozen voicemails...nothing. I will definitely contact my credit card company to dispute this charge. I do not recommend this company at all.

Like: It was quick and easy once I made it to right rental company. Names of both companies to similar.
Dislike: Not being familiar with area, I went to another car rental with similar name and waited 45 minutes in line.
