Easy Car Rental with Great Rates!

We didn’t get the car we ordered. They made us do the “bring the car back empty, we will fuel it” which is a rip off.

They need more help,at the counter. No one should have to wait 60 minutes. The counter help was slow and we were paid in full. Not sure if I would use them again

Would have been nice to have a fob, but had to use a key to get in the Jeep the whole time. They said they don’t give fobs on Jeep Wranglers.

Customer service was horrible. Maybe the lady was having a bad day. The car was NOT what i had reserved and i was not told during booking. I found out when i went down to pick up the car and she didnt even bother to point out when giving me the papers. I was very disappointed cause I specifically wanted that car. To make matters worse, they overcharged fuel usage days after returning the car. It should've been about 10 dollars less.

Paid easy rentcars in advance but when picking up car from Fox had higher amount for rental Car was damaged when I picked up. Front bumper scraped and hub cap ripped off. Noted it But they should not be renting a damaged car that looked like that.
