Good experience in everything, very easy to pick up the car and return it

This was the least amount of time spent at a rental counter in a very long while and no pressure to purchase add ons or things I did not need

The booking process and convenience of the app is very nice

Car smelt of smoke, had a lot of dents and scratches. Had to pay £230 unexpectedly when the car was returned although there was no damage.

The car and service @ Fox met our expectations. The agent tried to pressure us to sell us the Pass for the Florida tolls; she even said that there are tolls that do not accept any other form of payment. We found this to be untrue in our experience driving through a lot of tolls. We did not find the online extension of our rental user-friendly. It locks the fees and you can't opt-out. We tried calling and the wait times were excessive. All of this can be improved.

We got an older Toyota Sienna instead of a Dodge Caravan. No power doors or key fob. Not in the best shape.
