Excellent all round

The staff at Alamo are very friendly. There are many brands of the same type of car available for selection, which is very convenient. When returning the car, just fill up the tank and drive it back.

Great value for money, self-service kiosks available. However, the one-way rental fee in California is quite high, around $150.

The car pickup was very convenient, located just across from the exit of Buffalo Airport. The service was excellent, and the pickup process was very quick. Returning the car was also straightforward; you simply drive to the parking area on the basement level. Since the parking attendant had already left, I parked the car and handed the keys to the front desk on the first floor, where there's always likely to be someone. The staff just asked a few questions about the car’s condition and fuel level, and it was done. It felt great!

The whole service was excellent and the car was a great size. The pick up and drop off were super smooth and quick and it couldn’t have been better. There were some bumps and scratches on what was a pretty new car, but we photographed any damage and were in the car within 20 minutes of getting to the collection desk. That included check in and walking to the collection point! Well done Alamo!!

A great app that saved us money, dropped the price before we collected the car, and got us a great deal on any insurances etc. My new favourite App

Alamo Portland was the best rental company I have ever used!! Great professionals , great company, great car. Especially Kirsten at the front desk was AWESOME!
