Excellent all round

I highly recommend Alamo for car rentals. It's quick and convenient, and the condition of their vehicles is excellent. Their staff is very nice, and the process is smooth and hassle-free. Although the price is higher compared to other rental companies, it's definitely worth it.

Nice counter staff. When picking up Car, first staff member was abrupt, unhelpful and impatient despite me being the only person there to collect a car. I sought out another staff member and she was polite, cheerful and extremely helpful. Well done to her.

Good rental experience

Loved the car. Took almost 1 hour to get out of the car hire depot area, not the fault of Alamo. Counter staff not very polite, but staff at pick up area were amazing and happy to help out. Car hadn’t been checked too well. Previous driver had left clothing and medicine in it.
