The car they provided was very comfortable and it had Apple Carplay which was super useful for first-time drivers in Australia. Staff were always nice and helpful during pick-up and drop-off. Overall a very great experience.

Is ACE affiliated with Hertz? I returned a car at Brisbane International and rented another one (due to a different drop-off location) while waiting at the designated spot. ACE sent a car to pick me up. The cars have good value for money; they may not be brand new but still very easy to drive and fuel-efficient. They didn't push for insurance, but I had already bought full coverage. A two-seater car was more than enough for two people.
