It was mediocre. There were more than 50 people in line, but only one person working. We waited about 2 hours to pick up the car. Really frustrating!

“Newark airport service sucks, Alany ok. Car not in best condition”

I've booked Corolla n got a similar one Kia which i felt was a downgrade and the car condition was not the best...right side of the car had lots of scratches and dented and the lady at newark was super gruchy, not friendly at all. However, return at Albany Airport, the staff was much more helpful and friendier

Car was good but Newark return process wasn't smooth. I left the car with the keys in it (as I was told). I had to call them to make sure they checked the car in.
