Not as good as auckland, biased towards Chinese customers

Small company, just average.

Watched a New Zealand traffic rules video and got accustomed to driving outside the store before setting off.

The staff were helpful but the car was garbage and dangerous and shouldn't be rented out

Good as gold

Will not ever be using easy rent again. So bizarre. Staff don't seem to be able to answer basic questions. Too much mucking round with pick up and a lack of flexibility when our flight was canceled unexpectedly. Staff were quite rude and difficult to understand.

Like: Friendly helpful staff when picking up car even the guy in the service department saw us after taking the car struggling in the car park with GPS on phone and came over with a phone holder . Car less than one year old . Told us exactly what they were holding on our credit card and reversed the hold while we were there on drop off.
