Habiamos reservado un Fortwo, al llegar nos lo cambiaron por un Hyundai I10 y al final nos entregaron un Fiat 500 con 50.000 Kms. Nos hicieron firmar una fianzade 1.209 euros que ya nos han devuelto y otrocargo de10,80 euros en concepto de upgrade y cargo de oficina mas impuestos, cosa que no se nos habia advertido en ningun momento.

Staff in office was rude. Goldcar took an extra £100 on pickup and only refunded £70. On drop off with no explanation of why. Terrible service and will never use again.

I’ve want to make a compaint about the services of Goldcar from Barahas AirPort Madrid . When I’ve arrived today morning to pick up the car they said that I have to pay for the car the following taxes:65 euro insurence or 2000 euro depozit although I’ve paid full insurence on the kayak site, 35 euro fuel tax, 118 euro fuel depozit. The employees of GoldCar acted very unprofessionel with me, they didn’t help me to get in touch with you to resolve the situation, they said they I have to search for your phone number myself, and I didn’t find out, they said I can’t understand. All these made me to give up their services and book a hotel room, because I have a flight in next 24 hours.

Contract says show national license driving with Latin letters. I pre-booked full coverage . GOLDCAR says my national driving license is not valid in Spain but with extra 110€ it will be valid. I had no choice to pay extra 110€ for 4 days.
